Allow the wisdom of your body to be your guide... In this workshop we will focus on (re)connecting to the physical body via embodied practices such as intentional movement, dance, journaling and whatever we feel called to do, so we can give our minds and bodies a space to get clear and feel free. In clarity and freedom, we can gain access to the voice of our body and listen for our wants and needs so we can create more serenity and pleasure in our lives. We will do this by initially getting still and centered. We will then listen to the wisdom of our bodies and willingly obey its commands. There will be some time for journaling. We will close with a meditation guided by Angelica. Please wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely.
